      What is your return policy for printers? What if the printer doesn't work for us?

      We have a 30 Day Performance Guarantee on our thermal inkjet printers.

      We allow for 30 days from delivery at your facility to determine if the printer will work for your application. If for any reason during that time, you find that it is not the right fit, you can pack it up and send back to us for a refund. 

      Most of our printer listings have pictures of the printer specification sheet. However, we’re here to answer any additional questions you may have. Below are key areas of consideration when choosing the best printer and ink for your application.

      Printer Requirements

      • Character Print Height
      • Lines of Print
      • Throw Distance - the distance from the print head to the surface being printed
      • Printhead Orientation
      • Line Speed
      • Printable Information (dates codes, barcodes, lot numbers, etc.)


      Ink Requirements

      • Color
      • Dry Time
      • Adhesion Requirements
      • Special Requirements (chemical resistance, lightfast, etc.)
