Common Uses

Do the printers work on glass?

We have a variety of printer models and inks available that work excellent on glass.

The main consideration for printing on non porous surfaces like glass is the ink type. All of our SNEED-JET printers have solvent based, fast drying inks for printing on glass.

The typical dry time when printing on glass is any where from instant to a few seconds. The surface should be completely dry when printing. The permanence of the ink can vary depending on the environment and application. (Learn more about ink adhesion here: Is the ink permanent?)

We can perform preliminary ink testing for you at our global headquarters in Texas. Simply send us some of your materials and we will perform print samples to send back to you for approval prior to purchasing the printer.
