      Q: Can I use a mouse to navigate my printers touchscreen controller?

      A: Yes, follow these steps

      handheld printer and mouse

       

      Not all mice are compatible with the printers 

       

      Follow these steps:

      1. Power off the unit. 
      2. Plug in the mouse. 
      3. Power the unit on. 
      4. If your mouse is compatible you will now see a mouse cursor on the screen.
