How To Delete OR Transfer Files From Freedom HH

This article outlines the steps to transfer or delete files from the Freedom handheld printer.

🔹 Delete a File

  1. Go to the Main Menu.

  2. Tap Print.

  3. Tap Select File.

  4. Select the file you want to delete.

  5. Press OK → the file will be deleted.

    • ⚠️ Files must be deleted one by one.

🔹 Transfer a File to USB

  1. Go to the Main Menu.

  2. Tap Edit → File → Open.

  3. Select the file you want to transfer and press OK to open it.

  4. Without making changes, tap File → Save As.

  5. Enter a file name.

  6. In the Save In option, change from Local to Udisk.

  7. Tap OK.

    • ✅ The file will be saved to the USB drive.

    • ⚠️ Make sure the USB is connected before saving.
